How does BrickShare work?
You choose a LEGO® set within your plan, we deliver it to you, you build and enjoy it for as long as you like (up to six months), then return it when you're ready to swap for a new one.

How long can I keep a set?
You can keep your set for up to 6 months, giving you plenty of time to build and enjoy it at your own pace. We’ll check in periodically to see how you’re going.
How many sets can I have at once?
Each subscription includes one set at a time. Once you return it , you can choose your next one.
What happens if pieces are missing?
We carefully cross check every set with its piece index before and after each rental, however sometimes mistakes are made. If something is missing from your set, just let us know and we will ensure it is express posted to you with no additional cost.
Are the sets clean?
Yes! Every set is thoroughly cleaned, checked, and organised before being sent out, so it feels as close to new as possible.
Do the sets come with instructions?
Yes — all sets include instructions!
What if I damage OR LOSE a piece?
Normal wear and tear is expected. If something breaks or is lost, just let us know — we aim to keep things fair and simple.
We understand that pieces can go missing during a build. If fewer than 25 pieces are lost, there is no charge.
If more than 25 pieces are missing, a $15 one off fee will apply.
For any special, rare, or unique pieces, a replacement cost may be charged separately for that specific piece.
How do I return a set?
We provide simple return instructions with every order. Just gently break down the set into small pieces (a complete disassembly is not required), then pack the set back into the provided packaging and send it back using the return method provided. All return postage is covered by your subscription fee so you are not out-of-pocket for postage.
Can I choose any set?
You can choose any set within your subscription tier (based on piece count). Higher-tier plans unlock access to larger sets. Please click here to view our current catalogue. Sets will continue to be added to our catalogue as they are released.

Where do you SHIP TO?
We are based in Sydney, New South Wales and currently ship Australia-wide.
What happens if I don’t return a set?
If you cancel your subscription while a set is still in your possession, we ask that you return it promptly.
If the set has not been returned within 6 months of delivery, the full replacement cost of the set may be charged.
If you would prefer to keep the set, you’re welcome to purchase it by paying the set’s full cost.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
